Trained as an Electrical Engineer in Dublin, Ireland, Joe spent 30 years in the high technology business in Canada and the U.S. before retiring to Florida in 1993 where he built a house on Boca Grande.    Joe quickly became involved in the real estate business, first as an investor then as a broker/agent with the newly formed Beachfront Properties of Boca Grande, Inc.  Joe specializes in the high end vacation and second home market, primarily on Boca Grande, but also in Cape Haze, Little Gasparilla Island and even up to Sarasota.  To compliment his electronic credentials, Joe obtained an MBA degree from McGill University in Montreal and with his extensive business management experience he is well equipped to assist buyers in analyzing their real estate investments.  In his very limited spare time, Joe plays golf at Lemon Bay Golf Club where he is Past Club President and also Men's Champion.  E-mail Joe at jba@ewol.com.
